By accessing or using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
Acceptance and Scope
These Terms govern use of our public website, its content and its enquiry channels. They do not by themselves govern the delivery of software development, integration, consulting, maintenance or other professional services purchased from CMA Solutions.
You must have the legal capacity and authority required to accept these Terms for yourself or for the organisation you represent.
Website Purpose and Information
The website provides general information about CMA Solutions, our experience, capabilities, solutions and services. Website content is provided for general informational and business-enquiry purposes.
Content does not constitute legal, financial, security or other regulated professional advice, and should not be treated as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.
Project Agreements and Quotations
A website enquiry, meeting, demonstration or exchange of information does not automatically create a client, supplier, partnership, agency or fiduciary relationship.
Professional services are governed by the applicable signed contract, accepted quotation, proposal, purchase order, service-level agreement, statement of work or similar document (“Project Agreement”).
Acceptable Use
You must not use the website to:
- Break any applicable law or infringe another party's rights;

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through our website is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another party's rights. You grant us permission to use submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and evaluate a potential business relationship.
Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, production data, sensitive personal data, source code or confidential information through a general website form unless we have agreed on an appropriate secure channel or confidentiality arrangement.
Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the website and its text, graphics, logos, layouts, software, demonstrations, trademarks and other materials are owned by or licensed to CMA Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the website for lawful personal or internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

Availability and Security
We aim to keep the website available, accurate and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every defect will be corrected immediately. We may maintain, suspend, modify or withdraw website features without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
You are responsible for using appropriate devices, software and security controls when accessing the website.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make warranties that the website will always be available, error-free, current, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any guarantee, warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMA Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from access to, inability to access or reliance on this public website, including loss of profit, revenue, data, opportunity or goodwill.
Liability relating to paid services, project deliverables, service levels, confidentiality or customer data is governed by the applicable Project Agreement. These Terms do not limit liability where limitation is prohibited by law.
Privacy and Personal Data
Our collection and use of personal data through the website is described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it for the relevant purpose.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our website, business practices or legal requirements. The revised Terms become effective when published with an updated effective date.
We may restrict or terminate access to the website where a user violates these Terms, creates a security risk or acts unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
